Insurance Coverage
Regardless of your insurance (or no insurance), we are committed to providing you with excellent care! Please contact us at (404) 919-6213 or contact@prominenttherapyservices.com with any questions. Prominent Therapy Services is a participating provider with Medicaid, Caresource and Peachstate. For all other insurances, we are happy to provide a superbill that you may use to seek reimbursement using out-of-network benefits, as stated in your plan.
